Netmantos reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Netmantos does not store or have access to your card details at any time.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). The final price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees, is the amount you will be charged. Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by your bank or card issuer.
4. Promotions and Discounts
Any active promotions or discount codes apply at checkout and are subject to availability. Netmantos reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Offers are valid while stocks last.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility. Refusal to pay duties or to collect the parcel may result in it being held or abandoned by customs, with no right to a refund.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. EU customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
8. Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies if the size is incorrect.
9. Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Netmantos is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any football club, federation, or sports brand. All club names, crests, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
11. Limitation of Liability
Netmantos is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
