We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If something is not right, here is exactly how we handle it.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet been prepared for shipment.

If eligible, the order will be cancelled at no cost and a full refund will be issued. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please wait to receive the parcel and then follow the returns process below.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you have the legal right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. The item must be returned in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

We also accept returns in the following cases

  • Manufacturing defect (visible or functional)
  • Wrong item shipped (wrong model, colour, print, or size)
  • Damage in transit

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to open a request.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before purchasing. A detailed size guide is available on every product page.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for your request
  3. Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

Do not send items back without prior confirmation. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Shipping costs

  • Our fault (defect/wrong item): We cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
  • 14-day right of withdrawal: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • International logistics: In certain cases, we may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned, to avoid impractical shipping costs.

Refunds

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your card issuer may take additional time to process the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@netmantos.site.

Incorrect address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
